Dear Partner, We are sorry to announce that we are making changes to the following services:

OCTOBER

RETIMING: Due to engineering works on the LGV Nord, we have had to make changes to our timetable which will affect Eurostar train 9022 from London St Pancras International to Paris Gare du Nord.

  • Tuesdays 17, 24 and 31 October 2023
    London St Pancras International (original departure time: 11:31) -> Paris Gare du Nord (original arrival time: 14:59)
    Eurostar train 9022 will leave London St Pancras International at 12:04, 33 minutes later than advertised (originally 11:31).
    Passengers will arrive in Paris Gare du Nord at 15:38, 39 minutes later than advertised (originally 14:59).

 

RETIMING: Due to engineering works on the LGV Nord between Paris and Lille we have had to make changes to our timetable which will require trains departing Paris to leave between 5 and 17 mins earlier than usual.

  • Eurostar train 9007 on all Mondays to Saturdays from Monday 11 September to Tuesday 31 October
  • Eurostar train 9015 on all dates from Monday 11 September to Wednesday 01 November
  • Eurostar train 9019 on Sunday 10 September and all Mondays to Saturdays from 11 September to 30 October
  • Eurostar train 9031 on all Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12 September to 31 October and 01 November + all Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 11 September to 30 October
  • Eurostar train 9039 on all dates from 11 September to 01 November
  • Eurostar train 9047 on all dates from 11 September to 01 November
  • Eurostar train 9063 on all Mondays to Fridays from 09 October to 01 November

Please make your customers aware of the following changes and ensure they arrive at the station in plenty of time for security and boarding.

RETIMING: Due to engineering works on the high speed line (LGV), we have had to make changes to our timetable which will affect Eurostar train 9027 between Paris Gare du Nord and London St Pancras International on Wednesday 25 October 2023.

Eurostar train 9027 will depart from Paris Gare du Nord at 12:01, 8 minutes earlier than advertised (originally: 12:09).
Passengers will arrive at London St Pancras International at 13.30, as originally scheduled.

NOVEMBER

RETIMING: Due to engineering works on the LGV Nord between Paris and Lille we have had to make changes to our timetable which will require trains departing Paris Gare du Nord to leave between 7 and 17 mins earlier than usual.

  • Thursday 2 and Friday 3 November 2023
    • Eurostar train 9007 : Paris Gare du Nord (new departure time: 06:56) -> London St Pancras International (arrival time: 08:30)
    • Eurostar train 9015 : Paris Gare du Nord (new departure time: 09:03) -> London St Pancras International (arrival time: 10:30)
    • Eurostar train 9031 : Paris Gare du Nord (new departure time: 13:06) -> London St Pancras International (arrival time: 14:30)
    • Eurostar train 9039 : Paris Gare du Nord (new departure time: 15:06) -> London St Pancras International (arrival time: 16:30)
    • Eurostar train 9047 : Paris Gare du Nord (new departure time: 17:00) -> London St Pancras International (arrival time: 18:30)

RETIMING: Due to engineering works on the high speed line (LGV), we have had to make changes to our timetable which will affect Eurostar train 9022 between London St Pancras International and Paris Gare du Nord on Saturday 4 November 2023.

Eurostar train 9022 will depart from London St Pancras International at 12:01, 30 minutes later than advertised (originally: 11:31).
Passengers will arrive at Paris Gare du Nord at 15:30, 42 minutes later than advertised (originally: 14:48).

 

CANCELLATION: Due to engineering works at St Denis, we have to cancel the following trains:

  • Saturday 11 November 2023
    • Eurostar 9054 (departing London St Pancras International 20:01, arriving in Paris Nord 23:17)
  • Friday 17 November 2023
    • Eurostar 9054 (departure London St Pancras International 20:01, arrival Paris Nord 23:17)
  • Saturday 18 November 2023
    • Eurostar 9007 (departure Paris Nord 07:13, arrival London St Pancras International 08:30) – AOP will be activated in system on Wednesday 24 May at the latest.
    • Eurostar 9011 (departure Paris Nord 08:13, arrival London St Pancras International 09:30)
    • Eurostar 9054 (departure London St Pancras International 20:01, arrival Paris Nord 23:17)
  • Sunday 19 November 2023
    • Eurostar 9011 (departure Paris Nord 08:13, arrival London St Pancras International 09:30)

RETIMING: Due to planned engineering works affecting platform 3 in Brussels Midi, we have had to make changes to our timetable which will affect Eurostar train 9157 between Amsterdam Centraal and London St Pancras International on Saturday 18 November 2023.

Eurostar train 9157 will depart from Brussels Midi at 19:01, 29 minutes earlier than originally advertised. (originally: 19:30).
Passengers will arrive at Lohdon St Pancras International at 20:02, 25 minutes earlier than advertised (originally: 20:07).

 

RETIMING AND CANCELLATION: Due to engineering works in both the Netherlands on the Dutch High Speed Line and in Brussels, which will respectively require a diversion via Leiden and the closure of platform 3, we have had to make changes to some Eurostar services on which will impact some of your customers on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 November 2023.

The impacted services and options are detailed below:

  • Lille Europe stop cancellation on Sunday 19 November

Eurostar trains 9145 and 9167, departing from Amsterdam Centraal and arriving in London St Pancras International, will no longer be stopping at Lille Europe on Sunday 19 November 2023.

  • Eurostar train 9145 : Amsterdam Centraal (new departure time: 13:15) -> Rotterdam Centraal (original departure time: 14:28) -> Brussels Midi (original departure time: 15:56) -> London St Pancras International (original arrival time: 16:57)
  • Eurostar train 9167 : Amsterdam Centraal (new departure time: 18:15) -> Rotterdam Centraal (original departure time: 19:28) -> Brussels Midi (original departure time: 20:55) -> London St Pancras International (new arrival time: 21:59)

RETIMING: Due to weekend engineering works in the Netherlands, we have have to make changes to Eurostar trains 9152 and 9040 on Friday 24 November 2023.

 

Eurostar train 9152 will depart from London St Pancras International at 16:04, 2 hours 07 minutes earlier than originally scheduled (originally 18:13) and will arrive in Amsterdam Centraal at 21:13, 2 hours earlier than originally scheduled (originally 21:13)

Eurostar train 9040 will depart from London St Pancras International at 17:01, 30 minutes later than originally scheduled (originally 16:31) and will arrive in Paris Gare du Nord at 20:18, 30 minutes later than originally scheduled (originally 19:48)

 

RETIMING: To avoid conflicts with other services on the classic lines between Paris and Lille, we have have to make changes to Eurostar train 9018 on Saturday 25 November 2023.

Eurostar train 9018 will arrive in Paris Gare du Nord at 15:23, 17 minutes later than originally scheduled (originally 15:06)

 

CANCELLATION and RETIMING: 

Due to planned engineering works on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 November on the high-speed line we use in northern France, the following trains that weekend have been cancelled:

    • Eurostar 9014 (departure London St Pancras International London 09:31, arrival Paris Nord 12:47)

  • Sunday 26 November 2023
    • Eurostar 9032 (departure London St Pancras International 14:31, arrival Paris Nord 17:57)

The remaining trains to/from Paris Nord on that Saturday (25/11) and Sunday (26/11) will be subject to some pretty significant re-timings

  • Eurostar trains leaving London St Pancras International will depart at the usual times and arrive in Paris Nord 54-83 minutes later than originally advertised:

  • Eurostar train 9015 from Paris will be leaving 14-15 minutes earlier and arriving in London 40-60 minutes later than originally advertised:

  • All the other departures from Paris Nord that weekend will leave 47-59 minutes earlier and arrive in London St Pancras International at the usual times:

You can offer a free exchange or a full refund to your customers whose train is cancelled or delayed by 60 minutes or more on arrival (9015 on 25/11, 9008 on 25/11, 9018 on 25 and 26/11, 9024 on 25 and 26/11 , 9028 on 25 and 26/11, 9036 on 25 and 26/11, 9040 on 25 and 26/11, 9044 on 25 and 26/11). AOP will be activated in system on Monday 21 August at the latest.

 

CHANGE OF DEPARTURE STATION: Due to trackworks at Rotterdam and Schipol, we are unable to run one service from the Netherlands to London St Pancras International on Monday 27 November 2023.
Eurostar train 9119 will depart from Brussels-Midi at 9:51 and arrive at London St Pancras International at 11:00.

Eurostar will do everything possible to enable passengers to make their journey between Amsterdam Centraal or Rotterdam Centraal and Brussels Midi. We will keep you informed in a further communication about the solutions you can offer your customers.

 

CANCELLATION: Due to trackworks at Rotterdam and Schipol, we are unable to run some services to/from the Netherlands on Saturday 25 November, Saturday 2 December and Sunday 3 December 2023.
Eurostar trains 9114, 9119 and 9157 will terminate at and depart from Brussels-Midi.

The impacted services and options are detailed below:

  • Eurostar 9114 (departing from London St Pancras International 08:16, arriving in Brussels-Midi 11:12) on Saturday 25 November, Saturday 2 December and Sunday 3 December 2023.
  • Eurostar 9119 (departing from Brussels-Midi 09:51, arriving in London St Pancras International 11:00) on Saturdays 25 November and 2 December 2023.
  • Eurostar 9157 (departing from Brussels-Midi 18:51, arriving in London St Pancras International 19:47) on Saturday 25 November, Saturday 2 December and Sunday 3 December 2023.

DECEMBER

CANCELLATION: Due to trackworks at Rotterdam and Schipol, we are unable to run some services to/from the Netherlands on Saturday 2 December and Sunday 3 December 2023.
Eurostar trains 9114, 9119 and 9157 will terminate at and depart from Brussels-Midi.

The impacted services and options are detailed below:

  • Eurostar 9114 (departing from London St Pancras International 08:16, arriving in Brussels-Midi 11:12) on 02/12/2023 & 03/12/2023
  • Eurostar 9119 (departing from Brussels-Midi 09:51, arriving in London St Pancras International 11:00) on 02/12/2023
  • Eurostar 9157 (departing from Brussels-Midi 18:51, arriving in London St Pancras International 19:47) on 02/12/2023 & 03/12/2023

CANCELLATION: Due to planned engineering works affecting the Eurotunnel/HS1 boundary, we have had to cancel the following trains on Sunday 3 December 2023 :

  • Eurostar train 9008 (departing from London St Pancras International at 08:01, arriving in Paris Gare du Nord at 11:18)
  • Eurostar train 9011 (departing from Paris Gare du Nord at 08:12, arriving in London St Pancras International at 09:30) 
  • Eurostar train 9114 (departing from London St Pancras International at 08:16, arriving in Brussels Midi at 11:12)

CANCELLATION: Due to weekend engineering works in the Netherlands, the following trains will not run further than brussels on Saturday 9 December 2023:

  • Eurostar train 9114 (departing from London St Pancras International at 08:16, originally arriving in Rotterdam Centraal at 12:32 and Amsterdam Centraal at 13:44) 
  • Eurostar train 9126 (departing from London St Pancras International at 08:16, originally arriving in Rotterdam Centraal at 15:32 and Amsterdam Centraal at 16:44) 
  • Eurostar train 9157 (originally departing from Amsterdam Centraal at 16:16 and Rotterdam Centraal at 17:28, arriving in London St Pancras at 19:47)

CANCELLATION: Due to crew rostering issues, we have had to cancel the following services on Tuesdays & Saturdays between December 2023 and March 2024 :

  • Eurostar train 9024 (departing from London St Pancras International at 12:31, arriving in Paris Gare du Nord at 15:48) is cancelled on the following dates :

RETIMING: Due to planned engineering works being completed earlier than anticipated, the following train has been retimed on Wednesday 1, Wednesday 8 and Thursday 9 May 2024 and will depart 30 minutes later and arrive 16 minutes later than orginally scheduled, 

  • Eurostar train 9054 (departing from London St Pancras International at 20:01, arriving in Paris Gare du Nord at 23:18)
