We’ll soon be collecting Advance Passenger Information
Eurostar will soon start to collect Advance Passenger Information following UK Government guidelines and in line with the airline industry.
From 2nd April 2024 onwards, it will be mandatory for all customers to provide Advance Passenger Information via Manage your Booking on Eurostar.com before they can retrieve their tickets.
If you already direct customers to Manage your booking to retrieve tickets, Advance Passenger Information has been required to retrieve tickets from 29th January 2024.
Below are the details of the mandatory passenger information that will be required:
- Last name
- First name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Nationality
- Travel document type
- Travel document number
- Travel document country of issue
- Travel document expiry date
