Eurostar trains

Upon booking, clients can select their preferred seat from Eurostar’s seating plan. Our seating plan provides the onboard location of tables, toilets and the Eurostar Café, allowing customers to choose their seats accordingly. Please note that the seat selection option is only valid on routes to/from London.

Now that Eurostar and Thalys have joined forces under the Eurostar name, we’re making some changes to our travel classes. From 4 November, our current classes are becoming Eurostar Standard, Eurostar Plus and Eurostar Premier.

Our e320 trains have:

  • A top speed of 320km/h
  • 894 seats, nearly 20% more than our original trains, in 16 coaches
  • Each train is 400m long. In fact, our e320s are so long that the engineers in our depot use bicycles to get from one end to the other
  • Free wi-fi throughout
  • UK and continental sockets at every seat
  • Eurostar Café, our onboard bar buffet
  • Additional wheelchair facilities and wheelchair lifts
  • Extra space for luggage
  • Information screens in every coach

e300 Train

Our e300s trains have:

  • A top speed of 300km/h
  • Dedicated Standard Premier and Business Premier coaches in the middle of the train, unlike our e320 trains, where they are located at the front and back

Seats are allocated at the time of booking, but please note customers can change their seat at any time, until they pass through the gates. To do this, go to “Manage your booking” at eurostar.com or via our mobile app.

Wheelchair users

Our Standard Premier and Business Premier coaches have dedicated spaces for wheelchair users. Companion tickets are also available at a discounted rate, and will be seated next to the wheelchair user.

  • Additional wheelchair facilities and wheelchair access ramps
  • Extra space for luggage
  • Information screens in every coach

Our Premium coaches have dedicated spaces for wheelchair users at the price of a Standard ticket. Companion tickets are also available at a discounted rate, and will be seated next to the wheelchair user.
