Whether corporate clients book through us or a travel agent, we offer a range of corporate fares to match the business needs of all clients. Customers who spend £10,000 or more per year get discounts in Eurostar Plus and Eurostar Premier. It really pays to travel with us.
Hassle-free corporate travel
For all journeys after 4 November, customers will benefit from:
- Unlimited free exchanges of Eurostar Premier tickets up until 48 hours after departure. Just pay any difference in fare.
- Unlimited free exchanges of Eurostar Standard and Eurostar Plus tickets up until 1 hour before departure. Just pay any difference in fare.
- A full refund on Eurostar Premier tickets up to 48 hours after departure.
- A refund on Eurostar Standard and Eurostar Plus tickets up to 7 days before departure for a £25 fee.

To and from London
Board any train on your departure date when travelling in Eurostar Premier.*
Between France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany
- Clients can board any train on the original departure date when travelling in Eurostar Premier.*
- Clients can board the train immediately before or after the one they booked when travelling in Eurostar Standard or Eurostar Plus.*
*Subject to availability. Passengers must travel on the route and day originally booked. There is no guarantee of a seat or a meal in Eurostar Premier.
Booking directly with Eurostar
Businesses and travel agents can snap up a range of perks on our Eurostar for Business portal:
- Immediately after signing up, Businesses and travel agents can make, view, and manage bookings in one place and get a free ticket or upgrade after every 15 return trips.
- After spending £10,000 per year, businesses can get discounts on Eurostar Premier and Eurostar Plus tickets.
- At any time, companies and travel agents will be able to invite their team so they can see all bookings from across their organisation.
- Are you a travel agent? You may be able to earn commission*.

Booking through a travel agency
Depending on how much they spend, businesses of all sizes get exclusive benefits.
- If a business spends £100,000 or more per year, they can get negotiated fares in Eurostar Premier and Eurostar Plus, a dedicated account manager, and tailored support.
- If a business spends between £10,000 and £100,000 per year, they can get exclusive discounts based on their total spend.

- the Eurostar travel budget of the company during the last 12 months.

You can’t remove or add routes during an active contract. Please wait until the end of the current contract and the next negotiation with the account manager of the account.
Who should I contact if the corporate contract is coming to an end?
One of our team will get in touch with the client when the contract is up for renewal.
