Hosting a conference or event?

With our range of conference fares, your delegates can enjoy discounted tickets – plus all the comfort of travelling with us*. 

• Get discounts of up to 10% on Eurostar Standard and 15% on Eurostar Plus tickets. 
• Bring a plus one at the same reduced price. 
• Book travel up to 7 days before or after the event.   
• Manage everything on our easy-to-use Eurostar for Business portal.    

Here’s how it works:   

  
1. Fill out our conference rate application form  

2. Follow the instructions on your confirmation email to finish opening your Eurostar for Business account (you’ll get this within 7 days of your request)

3. Add your attendees email addresses to your account. They’ll receive an email about how to book.

4. Attendees book their travel on eurostar.com.

Terms & Conditions

1. Only delegates confirmed by the conference organiser and added to the conference account can book discounted rates. 2. Conference fares apply for any convention, conference and seminar with a minimum of 50 attendees. 3. Tickets are subject to availability on all routes. 4. Discounts are not valid on promotional fares. 5. Conference fares are available for services which are operated by Eurostar and bookable on eurostar.com.
