Travelers can:

–  Exchange their tickets up until departure time*

– Enjoy a light meal, served at their seat

– Relax in spacious surroundings with individual power sockets

*Customers can exchange tickets as many times as required, without paying an exchange fee, as long as tickets are exchanged seven days or more before the departure time of their individual journey. Where tickets are exchanged within seven days of the journey, an exchange fee per person and per individual journey will occur (€30/ £30). Any price difference between the original and new ticket will apply.

Discover the Business Premier experience

Travelers can enjoy:

– Fully flexible* tickets, up until departure

– A boarding guarantee that permits them to board an earlier or later train on the day of travel, even if Business Premier is fully booked

– Dedicated priority lanes through security and passport control

– Free access to our exclusive Business Premier Lounges in London, Paris, and Brussels 

– A delicious three-course meal is served at their seat


* Business Premier tickets are exchangeable or refundable before or 60 days after departure.

Clients can enjoy unique discounts for three chosen destinations, (excluding London). Plus, receive an immediate discount of 10% in Premium, 8% in Comfort, and 5% in Standard (based on our highest fare in Premium or Comfort).

What’s included:

– Flexible access* to all trains on the day of travel Unlimited exchanges up until one hour after the departure time

– A full refund on tickets, up until one day after the scheduled departure

– Access to our lounges at Brussels-Midi/Zuid, Paris Gare du Nord, Rotterdam Centraal, Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, and Amsterdam Centraal

Comfort offers clients all the benefits associated with Standard, but with additional space to travel and work in a more relaxed environment.

And with faster wifi and power sockets at each seat, Comfort is ideal for working on board. Comfort tickets and Carte Blanche or Etoile tier members also have access to a catalogue of digital magazines and newspapers.

Additionally, travellers can enjoy a range of hot and cold drinks and light bites at Eurostar Café.

– Additional perks include a catalogue of digital magazines and newspapers, fast wifi, and a generous luggage allowance. All with a reduced carbon footprint, compared to in the air.
