Subscription passes
Travellers can discover our subscription passes, specifically tailored for frequent customers on our continental routes.
For routes between France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, travellers can select either a Frequent or Premium Pass, dependant on their regular travel needs.
Now that Eurostar and Thalys have joined forces under the Eurostar name, we’re making some changes to our travel classes. From 4 November, our current classes are becoming Eurostar Standard, Eurostar Plus and Eurostar Premier.
Premium Pass
The Premium Pass is designed for customers travelling regularly between Belgium and Paris.
– €33 for a single ticket in Premium*.
– Travellers can exchange tickets up to one hour after the departure time.
– Travellers are entitled to a full refund up to 24 hours after the departure time.
– Travellers have flexible access to all trains that day (must be on the same day and for the same route, with no guarantee of a seat or meal service in Premium)
– Travellers can enjoy all the perks of Étoile membership in our rewards programme, Club Eurostar.
*If Premium is sold out, a seat in Comfort and/or Standard will be offered at the same price. D31
Frequent Pass
The Frequent Pass is perfect for customers travelling regularly between France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.
– Travellers can receive a 50% discount on fares* up to seven days before departure. Or a 30% discount on bookings within seven days of departure.
– Travellers can access these discounts in all travel classes.
– Travellers can exchange tickets up to one hour after the departure time.
– Travellers are entitled to a full refund up to 24 hours after the departure time.
– Travellers have flexible access to all trains that day (must be on the same day and for the same route, with no guarantee of a seat or meal service in Premium)
– Travellers can enjoy all the perks of avantage membership in our rewards programme, Club Eurostar.
