A group reservation requires a minimum of 10 passengers travelling together on the same train.

GROUP RATES

FOR TRAVEL ON ALL ROUTES

  • Group rates offer a discount off adult public fares of up to 10%. 
  • Group fares are available in all classes of service.
  • There are no further discounts to Youth, Senior or Child fares for Group bookings.

For through fares and the non-Eurostar leg of the journey, SNCF Group Agencies (AGS) and appointed French travel agents who have access to the TGV Group offer will be able to make the TGV part of the booking in ResaRail.

The Eurostar group offer is sold by Rail Europe for Rest of World markets.

BOOKING HORIZON

  • Group bookings are available for sales up to 6 months in advance of travel.

SEATING

FOR TRAVEL ON ALL ROUTES

  • Seats are allocated at the beginning of the booking process
  • There is no option to select specific seats
  • PAO channels have no access to the seat map

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

FOR TRAVEL ON ALL ROUTES

  • S3 will return the overall price for the group, but will also show the passenger 1 = X price, passenger 2 = Y price, which will enable you to see the price detail per person
  • You cannot change the passenger type (from an adult to a child for example)
  • Passengers can be added to a booking before a deposit is paid, or after the full balance is taken.
  • The price is guaranteed when the fare has already been quoted. You cannot reprice a booking, and the booking will not be subject to changes in the fare ranges.
