Travelling to/from London

How does it work ?

For London routes, travellers need to book a seat reservation in advance to guarantee their travel dates. Eurail and Interrail pass-holder seats are subject to availability, so we recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Reserving a seat

To travel with Eurostar using an Interrail pass, travellers need to book a seat in advance and pay a seat reservation fee. They’ll be travelling in either Eurostar Standard or Eurostar Plus, depending on the class of the Interrail pass.

Eurail and Interrail Global Passes are eligible on the following routes:

  • UK–France
  • UK–Belgium
  • UK–Netherlands

 

Fare conditions

 

Exchange

  • Eurail or Interrail passholders will pay no exchange fees up to 7 days before departure,
  • From 6 to 0 days before departure, exchange against a fee (£10/15€ for Eurostar standard; £15/20€ for Eurostar Plus).

 

Cancellation conditions

  • Eurail or Interrail passholders will be allowed to have their tickets refunded up to 7 days before departure, for a fee of £10/€15 for Eurostar Standard and £15/€20 for Eurostar Plus.
  • Less than 7 days before departure, tickets will no longer be refundable.
  • Tickets exchanged less than 7 days before departure are also non-refundable.

Travelling between France/Belgium/the Netherlands/Germany

How does it work ?

The Eurail and Interrail Passes let customers travel on Eurostar routes between Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Germany subject to the purchase of a Pass ticket. This offer is not valid on Eurostar seasonal routes.

Types of passes

Customers can snap up the Pass fare as long as they’ve got one of these travel passes which you can show on board the train:

Global Pass:

  • Interrail Global Pass
  • Eurail Global Pass

One Country Pass:

  • Interrail Benelux
  • Eurail Benelux
