Commercial
- Receive remuneration on all sales you facilitate as a technical provider
- Supply public fares as well as FIT and corporate rates
Technical
- Allows technical providers direct access to Eurostar’s inventory via the Partners API
- Supply third parties using your online and offline booking solutions
- Eurostar products available up to 12 months ahead of travel
- All Eurostar routes bookable on eurostar.com are available via the API
- The technical language of the API is JSON RESTful, in camelCase
- API enables full sales and after-sales functions (including exchanges, cancellations and upgrades)
- Technical provider booking solutions must include aftersales functionality
Onboarding
Working with us as a technical provider is straightforward. Here’s an overview of what’s involved :
- To get started, the Technical Provider can sign an NDA to review our API Specification.
- When ready to integrate, the Technical Provider will sign our standard Technical Provider contract.
- Any partners wishing to sell Eurostar products via the Technical Provider solution will sign our standard Distribution Agreement
- Our team completes set up for the Technical Provider and Distribution Partner behind the scenes, before sales go live.
