Travel documents
Everything customers need to know about travel documents and visas for adults, children, and unaccompanied minors.
- Travelling to and from London
Along with their ticket, customers will need to show a valid passport.
- Travelling between France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany
Customers do not need to carry their passport on our European routes, but we recommend bringing an identity document, as occasional spot checks do take place. Please note: babies and children must have their own valid travel documents.
