Eurostar Premier Dining experience

From fine wines to bold flavours, we’ve designed an onboard fine-dining experience like our customers have never tasted before. 

 

Combining their extensive knowledge of different cuisines, some of Europe’s best chefs have come together to rip up the rulebook when it comes to onboard dining and create a world first for our customers to enjoy. 

 

This pioneering team of Eurostar Premier Head Chefs has created a menu which reflects the best of Europe and beyond, and still has sustainability at its heart. All served fresh by our warm and welcoming onboard team.

 

 

 

Eurostar Plus food and drink

We’ve created a freshly revamped food and drink menu for Eurostar Plus. Customers can take their tastebuds on a tour of our destinations and beyond with a choice of two delicious dishes made up of locally-sourced, sustainable ingredients. Think healthy breakfasts and delicious bowl food. 

 

And customers can enjoy a range of hot and cold drinks, all served in the comfort of their seat. So, they can arrive at their destination, refreshed, refuelled and relaxed.

 

 

 

New Eurostar Premier Lounges

 

From the moment our customers are welcomed into one of our exclusive Eurostar Premier Lounges, they’ll experience top-class service. They can take a seat at one of our much-loved cocktail bars, find their favourite newspaper or magazine, or indulge in a canapé or two. And if they need anything else, our friendly team is on hand to help. We have Premier lounges in all our major departure stations.

 

 

New Eurostar Premier flexibility

 

Family plans change, meetings get cancelled, we get it. Which is why our tickets are some of the most flexible on the market.*

 

Customers can now exchange our Eurostar Premier tickets as many times as they want and get a refund with no fee up to 2 days after their planned departure.

 

And with our boarding guarantee, if their plans change we now guarantee they can board any other train on their day of departure at no extra charge.

 

 

New flexibility for every travel class

 

Our three new travel classes give our customers more flexibility than ever before.* Whichever class they choose they can exchange their ticket as many times as they want up to one hour before departure with no fee. They can also get a refund up to 7 days before travel for €/£25.
