New corporate programme tailored for businesses
10th September sees the launch of our new offer for businesses of all sizes. The programme is harmonised across all routes in our new extended network.
Depending on annual expenditure, companies can benefit from exclusive advantages such as negotiated fares, individual management and flexible access on the day of departure. Full details of the offer and eligibility conditions are available here.
Please note that these new negotiated fares are valid for all travel from 4th November, and that client’s current conditions still apply for travel up to and including 3rd November.
A quick reminder of our new harmonised classes
For all travel after 4th November, our customers will find new travel classes revisited for optimum comfort and experience.
Below is a quick reminder of what the comfort classes have to offer:
Eurostar Standard
Ideal for getting to London in no time, no questions asked. Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before departure for €/£25. It is now also possible to change your Eurostar Standard ticket as many times as you like for no fee up to one hour before departure (fare difference applies). Free Wi-Fi, drinks, meals and snacks are available on board. All Eurostar Club points are accumulated with each journey.
Eurostar Plus
It’s all in the name: more comfort, more space, plus a delicious snack served during the journey by our teams. Magazines are free, and taxis can be booked on board before arrival at the station. Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before departure for €/£25, and exchangeable for no fee up to one hour before departure (fare difference applies). Eurostar Club points are added automatically for each journey.
Eurostar Premier
A signature experience for business or leisure travel. More spacious seating, gourmet meals and drinks served by a dedicated team. Free magazines and newspapers, and taxi bookings available on board before arriving at the station. For all travel from 4 November, tickets are exchangeable and refundable free of charge up to 2 days after departure, and give access to our exclusive lounges in Paris, Brussels and London. Passengers also earn Eurostar Club points for every journey they make.
