Smart and easy

Exchange
  • Customers can change the time or date of travel without paying an exchange fee up to seven days before departure.
  • If customers change an adult ticket within seven days of departure, they must pay an exchange fee (£30 / €30). There’s no fee for changing child tickets.
  • Customers must also pay any fare difference for exchanges. 
Refund
  • Tickets are non-refundable and the departure or destination stations cannot be changed.

  • Customers can exchange their tickets for free at any time before departure on all of our routes.
  • For routes between the UK, France and Belgium, we also allow exchanges up to 60 days after the booked departure if the customer decides not to travel.
Refund
  • Customers can refund their tickets for free at any time before departure on all of our routes.
  • For routes between the UK, France and Belgium, we also allow refunds up to 60 days after the booked departure if the customer decides not to travel.
  • Customers will need to cancel their tickets and rebook the journey to change the departure or destination stations.
Our boarding guarantee
  • If a client wishes to travel at a different time on the same day, we’ll find a seat on a train that suits you, even if Business Premier is full.
  • Please note that we currently don’t offer this guarantee on our trains to or from the Netherlands.

Our standard fares guarantee the lowest available prices. These fares are available for all ages* (children, youth, adults and seniors).

Exchange
  • Customers can change the time and date of travel for free up to and including seven days before departure.
  • If customers change their ticket within six days of departure, they will have to pay an exchange fee of €15 per ticket, in addition to any fare difference.
  • Departure and destination stations cannot be changed.
Refund
  • Customers can receive a full refund up to and including seven days before departure. Tickets are non-refundable within six days of departure.

Comfort

Our Comfort fares guarantee a smooth trip to suit any budget. These fares are available for customers of all ages* (children, youth, adults and seniors)
